The majority of attendees come from Carbon/Albany County areas and surrounding communities across Southeast Wyoming. Drawing a diverse crowd of music lovers\, families\, and visitors from across the region. Now entering its 21st year\, WHAT Fest began in a city park in Cody\, Wyoming\, created to provide a platform for artists who previously had limited opportunities to perform in the state. Over time\, it has grown into a beloved community event that celebrates live music\, art\, and connection—while continuing to support emerging and regional artists. All Ages
